I never used heat protection before I dried or styled my locks.

After reading numerous reviews on heat protection products, it seems that this product is extremely important when styling your hair.

If you have straight or fine hair, stick with sprays, mists or lightweight lotions. For longer, thick or curly locks, try richer nourishing serums or creams.
