DIY Ombre Nails
I found this awesome fashion post on Seventeen.com and had to share it with you!! As you know probably know, Ombré is a huge trend right now — in fashion and in beauty and nails are the latest accessory to get the cool gradiated color look! Patti Yankee, Celeb Nail Technician of Dashing Diva, showed me how to do my nails Ombré-style with purples.
Check out the video and the DIY steps below!
Steps to get Ombré nails:

1. Start with four little paper plates and toothpicks.
2. Apply base coat on nails.
3. Clean off an empty polish bottle brush with nail polish remover.
4. Paint pinky the darkest color.
5. Then apply a couple drops of the dark color on a plate and add one drop of white. Mix color together. 6. Paint second nail.
7. Allow each nail time to dry before applying second coat of color. Clean off polish brush each time.
8. For third nail, use 2 drops of white mixed into the dark color. Paint nail.
9. Continue adding more white to dark polish for each nail you paint, making the color more gradiated as you go along.
10. Finish with top coat.
11. Enjoy!

BigSexyHair

BigSexyHair
Newest favorite product line!!
BigSexyHair products have been around for quite a while now, but I never used them. I recently purchased the BigSexyHair Spray & Play Volumizing Hairspray, the BigSexyHair Root Plump Plus and the Extra Big Volume Shampoo. I have tried and loved all of the products and thought a post about BigSexyHair products would be perfect this week to match the HeartsAndHairspray home page post : )
What do you think about BigSexyHair?? I always love trying new products, what are your favorite hair care lines?

OmbreItUp

Ombre is a French term meaning "Shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe with colors graduating from light to dark. In the fashion world, ombré usually refers to a fabric dyeing process that produces a pale-to-dark gradation of color. Ombre hair is one of my favorite beauty trends at the moment. I must say it is taking me a while to get used to, but I am currently rocking this "Ombre" look. Not only it this trend new and fresh, it is convenient and tremendously easy to keep up with. If you have highlights or low lights in your hair, simply let them grow out for a few months and you will be on your way to the newest beauty trend!

Below are some of my favorite beautiful Ombre looks!
I am definitely loving this trend and have been wearing it for quite a while now.
Below is a photo from my SeeThruBlack post in July.
I have heard some talk and see reviews that this trend looks dirty and lazy, but I could not disagree more, I think it is something new and original and I love it : )

Would you be see wearing this Ombre trend??
